The Village's active plan for Willow Road
This page covers only what the Village itself has published for Willow Road — the two projects below. Every figure is labelled for what it actually is:
- Actual assessment Levied by a final Village resolution — the real bill.
- Village estimate A figure the Village itself published (for example in its Capital Improvement Plan). Not yet a bill.
- Calculated estimate Our arithmetic from published figures. Shown so residents can plan — it is not a Village number.

Your estimate
Select a parcel and the estimate appears here, updated live as you type.
Please read: every result here is a calculated estimate — our arithmetic from the published Village figures above. The Village has not published per-parcel or per-foot amounts for Willow Road; those first appear in an engineer's report after a preliminary assessment resolution, and Bellevue's practice is a final levy on actual costs after construction. Only a notice from the Village of Bellevue is official.
Sources & method
- Project costs and planned assessment recoveries: Village of Bellevue 2026–2030 Capital Improvement Plan (projects PW19-03 and SS24-03) and Village Board packets.
- Parcel shapes, addresses and acreage: Wisconsin Statewide Parcel Initiative / Brown County GIS (public records).
- Frontage: for Willow Rd plan-area parcels, measured from the county parcel polygon along Willow Rd — and re-measured live in your browser when you pick one on the map. For other Bellevue addresses, measured the same way against Brown County GIS street centrelines when this page was published, and shown as an approximate figure — check it against your survey and edit the number if yours differs.
- The address list behind the lookup covers every parcel in the Village of Bellevue in the county data (5,319 parcels). For about 7% of parcels the county data doesn't allow a frontage measurement; for those, the calculator simply asks you to type your frontage.
Found an error? Parcel data comes from the county and project data from the Village; both change. Treat the Village's own notices as the final word.
